Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders typically ship via FedEx Ground by default. We will make every effort to accommodate special requests or changes to shipping your order, but we cannot promise to be able to in every situation. All parts orders deemed too large to ship via FedEx Ground will be processed through FedEx Freight, or another LTL carrier. Once a tracking number has been issued, and received by the carrier, CraneWorks no longer assumes any responsibility for the shipment. We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All claims need to be filed through the carrier.
Calculated shipping charges are intended to be an estimate and may increase or decrease depending on the items you order.
We will contact you regarding any changes to your order or shipping for your approval. Please contact us if you would like a shipping estimate. Be sure to include your shipping address, whether it is a business or residential address, and if you have any accommodations (dock delivery, forklift, etc.).
Returns
No returns will be processed without prior approval, please contact a member of the parts team for authorization and return instructions. Some items are considered non-refundable and/or non-returnable depending on type or manufacturer guidelines. We will attempt to ensure that the parts you are ordering are correct, however it is ultimately the customer's discretion to determine whether the part they are ordering is the part that they need. We are unable to accepts returns after 45 days, including cores.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, the delivery address will be provided with the return authorization. Some orders may be fulfilled by multiple locations, and will need to be returned to the same supplier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Warranty Disclaimer
Any warranties on the product sold hereby are those of the manufacturer and are subject to their warranty policies, guidelines and authorization. The seller
hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,
and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said merchandise.
