Shipping Policy
Priority/Overnight Shipments
We will do our best to get all expedited shipments out the same business day, however due to carrier pickup times at the stocking location, we cannot guarantee same-day pickup. In most cases your order will be picked up the next business day. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend calling us before placing your order to ensure of next-day service.
Carrier delays (weather, missed pickup, routing errors, etc.) are out of our control and we will work with you to the best of our abilities to get your shipment to you as soon as possible.
General Shipping
All orders typically ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground by default. We will make every effort to accommodate special requests or changes to shipping your order, but we cannot promise to be able to in every situation. All parts orders deemed too large to ship via a traditional ground shipping service will be processed through a ground freight carrier. Once a tracking number has been issued, and received by the carrier, CraneWorks no longer assumes any responsibility for the shipment. We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All claims need to be filed through and with the carrier.
CraneWorks may deviate from your selected shipping provider if it better suits your order's fulfillment or the speed of your delivery.
Calculated shipping charges are intended to be an estimate and may increase or decrease depending on the items you order.
We will contact you regarding any changes to your order or shipping for your approval.
If you select USPS for your shipment, we are bound by the insurance provider's rules for filing claims. No claims for lost packages will be accepted before 20 days from the date of shipment, and no refunds/re-shipments will be issued until said claim has been approved.
By placing your order with CraneWorks, you agree to the rules, regulations, and policies set by the shipping provider.
International and Domestic Orders
We, CraneWorks, reserve the right to pause, delay, or cancel any order if we feel the order may not be legitimate. If an effort to reduce fraudulent transactions, we may request additional information to better verify details and make an accurate assessment. Most international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Economy, however we may elect to use another carrier to assist in getting you the best price.
For most orders, we, CraneWorks, will not handle any duties, brokerage fees, tariffs, import taxes, or other fees associated with customs or trade regulations. Most shipments will be shipped DAP/DDU, meaning any of the aforementioned fees will be paid by you to the carrier or broker.
