Cancelled Orders

In the event that you need to cancel an order before you receive your items (or before they've been shipped), you may be charged a small processing/cancellation fee (2.5-5%) to offset any incurred charges.

Returns

No returns will be processed without prior approval, please contact a member of the parts team for authorization and return instructions. Some items are considered non-refundable and/or non-returnable depending on type or manufacturer guidelines. We will attempt to ensure that the parts you are ordering are correct, however it is ultimately the customer's discretion to determine whether the part they are ordering is the part that they need. We are unable to accepts returns after 45 days, including cores.

We are unable to offer returns on seal kits and certain electrical items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Some returned items may be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, the delivery address will be provided with the return authorization. Some orders may be fulfilled by multiple locations, and may need to be returned to the same supplier.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
